Fully customized to your needs, this class pairs you with an expert birth doula and can cover everything from the anatomy and physiology of childbirth to interventions and complications, pregnancy wellness, postpartum planning, and newborn care.
Brought to you in partnership with expert doula, Mallory Ward, this six-week course offers a deep dive into birth planning and preparation. You’ll cover comfort measures, advocacy skills, common interventions, and more, including the research behind it all. Cost includes materials plus six months access to their online content library.
This 2-day weekend intensive class incorporates mindfulness, hypnobirthing, and sports psychology to help prepare families looking to try for a natural birth. You’ll go over the signs and stages of labor, comfort measures, birth preferences, and how to confidently navigate your options for the best birth possible.
