To the extent any term or condition in Partum Health’s Terms of Service contradicts the aforementioned third-party Terms, OhMD or Healthie’s terms shall govern. Any information you share on the mobile application is covered by both OhMD and Healthie’s privacy policy and this Policy. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we can make no representations or warranties regarding the security of any data exchanged through the Services.
