In order to incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to protect and secure your information Partum Health’s platform uses a HIPAA-compliant third-party mobile application. Use of the mobile application is also subject to the terms and conditions contained in OhMD’s Terms of Use. To the extent any term or condition in Partum Health’s Terms of Service contradicts the aforementioned third-party Terms, OhMD’s terms shall govern. Information We Collect
