Alexis Little

Alexis is a Full-Spectrum Doula, Perinatal educator and Breastfeeding Specialist with 10 years of experience. She has trained with multiple organizations and has taken several trainings to ensure she is informing her clients with the most up to date information. Alexis is devoted to helping her families achieve the experience they desire.

She has served in a hospital, birth center and home birth setting. Alexis has personal experience having given birth six times herself, she knows firsthand the ups and downs of motherhood and the joys of growing a family. Alexis understands having a baby starts pre-conception and deserves to be honored at least 1 year postpartum. Moms need rest, support and guidance during the postpartum(open phase). Alexis enjoys loving on both mother and baby providing nourishing soups, herbal baths/steams and massage.

Alexis realized she wanted to become a doula when became pregnant with her second son, she realized she didn’t want the same difficult experience she had with her first child. She researched a birth center and was introduced to a doula and what they offered. She immediately fell in love with every aspect of it; once she delivered her second son, she traveled to Oregon to take her first of many doula trainings with a profound Midwife. That was now 10 years ago and she has been just as persistent, passionate, and sacrificing in the birth work field. Serving families truly brings Alexis the most joy.

Being a doula, means as a woman, I am here to serve you and your family in the way you desire. I want to ensure you receive care and honest information. I want you to feel safe/comfortable, encouraged to advocate for yourself, and supported on this beautiful journey called motherhood.
