Ari Limon

Based in Chicago, Ari is a Full Spectrum Doula with a deep commitment to inclusive, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care. With roots in both evidence-based practice and traditional wisdom, they meet each family with care that honors who you are and what matters most to you.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Ari brings a strong foundation of advocacy, emotional support, and resource navigation to their care. Their experience mentoring at-risk youth has shaped a uniquely grounded, empathetic approach to postpartum care, one that’s attuned to the complex realities many families face. As a queer, disabled, Mexican birthworker, Ari creates a welcoming space for those who are often underrepresented or underserved in maternal health.
