Breezy Posey

Tabresha (Breezy) Posey is a Full-Spectrum Doula, parent educator, and community advocate whose work is rooted in empowerment, cultural humility, and collective care. She provides holistic, family-centered support during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood, with a strong focus on education, sacred space-keeping, and advocacy for families who are often underrepresented.

Breezy’s approach centers respect for cultural traditions, personal values, and individual autonomy while integrating evidence-based care and practical tools that build parental confidence and self-advocacy. Her work extends beyond birth outcomes to support postpartum, supporting the family’s well-being.

Grounded in reproductive justice and equity, Breezy is committed to ensuring families of all races, gender identities, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds receive respectful, culturally responsive care. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate presence, she helps foster healthier communities where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered.
