Denise is a nurturing and highly experienced newborn care professional dedicated to supporting the emotional and physical well-being of newborns, infants, and their families. With more than 30 years of experience caring for newborns, twins, and premature babies, Denise has built a career centered on providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and dependable care during one of life's most important transitions.

Denise began her career as a full-time nanny, a role she served in for over 16 years before transitioning into overnight newborn care. For the past 14 years, she has specialized as an overnight baby nurse, helping new parents navigate the early stages of infancy with confidence and peace of mind. Most recently, she has expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Postpartum Doula, further enhancing the support she provides to growing families.

Her approach combines professional excellence with genuine compassion. Denise fosters open communication with parents through detailed baby logs and ongoing guidance regarding feeding schedules, healthy sleep habits, bathing routines, and age-appropriate sleep training techniques. She understands that every family is unique and takes pride in providing individualized care tailored to each family's needs.

Known for her tender, empathetic, and loving nature, Denise has earned the trust and admiration of the families she has served throughout her career. In one notable position, what began as a temporary three-month assignment evolved into more than four years of dedicated support for a single mother and her young son— a testament to the exceptional level of care and commitment she provides. She has also maintained lasting relationships with many of the families she has worked with, including the honor of being asked to serve as a godmother to one family's daughter. Passionate about helping new parents thrive, Denise remains committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families she serves. 

Hello Parents! Denise Walsh here. I am a nurturing professional baby nurse caring for the emotional and physical wellbeing of newborns, twins, and preemies. I began my career as a fulltime nanny for over 16 years however I have transitioned to serving as an overnight baby nurse presently for over 14 years. At this point in time, I am interested in continuing to further my career as a baby nurse and now most recently as a certified postpartum doula. In addition, I have well over thirty years total experience caring for newborns as well as to provide emotional support to Moms and working with new parents. In addition, my skills include fostering open communication, not only verbal but also keeping a baby log as well as promoting healthy sleep habits and providing guidance to parents on the best methods to regulate feeding, sleep training, bathing, etc. I am available for overnight care and can also provide several stellar reference letters.
