Elfreda St. John is a proud mother of four, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a Full-Spectrum Doula with over 20 years of hands-on experience in prenatal, birth, and postpartum care.

Her journey into birthwork began with her own motherhood, and it deepened through two decades of supporting families as both a caregiver and childcare professional. She understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that come with pregnancy, birth, and the tender early days of parenting.

Elfreda is a Certified Postpartum Doula and graduate of Partum Health's rigorous EMBRACE doula training program.
