Bio
Elissa Hinson embarked on her doula journey driven by her passion to empower mothers during one of the most significant moments of their lives: childbirth. After experiencing her own wonderful natural births, she pursued her DONA certification in 2022, equipped with firsthand knowledge of how meaningful and transformative a positive birth experience can be.
Her goal is to help moms achieve their ideal birth experience in a hospital setting, ensuring it is both beautiful and peaceful. Elissa believes every mother deserves to have her birth plan respected and supported. Whether it’s through emotional encouragement, advocating for the mother’s wishes with the medical team, or simply being a calm presence, she is dedicated to providing holistic support through labor’s highs and lows.
With her compassionate nature and expertise, Elissa has helped numerous families turn their birth stories into cherished memories.
