Bio

Emily is a traveling full-spectrum doula providing support throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area as well as other locations across the greater United States Region.  Since beginning this journey in 2023, she has been honored to walk alongside families during some of the most transformative and vulnerable seasons of their lives. Emily believes birth and parenthood deserve compassionate, nonjudgmental support, and she brings a steady, grounded presence to every space she enters.

Emily's training includes specialized education in peer support, addiction recovery, childbirth education, and lactation, allowing her to serve families with both practical knowledge and deep empathy. Emily has experience supporting high-risk births, teen parents, families navigating infertility, and parents experiencing addiction. She is especially passionate about creating safe spaces for those who may feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional care settings. Her approach blends evidence-based education with advocacy and emotional support, ensuring her clients feel informed, empowered, and truly seen.

What makes Emily's work unique is her heart for meeting families exactly where they are—without shame, pressure, or expectation. Whether supporting a first-time teen parent, a mother preparing for a high-risk birth, or someone in recovery stepping into parenthood, she holds space with compassion and respect. For Emily, being a doula is more than a profession; it is a calling to serve families with dignity, warmth, and unwavering support during one of life’s most tender chapters.
