Imaninia Hubert

Imaninia has been a certified full-spectrum doula since February 2024. Birth work runs deep in her family, with four generations of midwives and birth workers shaping her approach to care. She honors this legacy by supporting pregnant and postpartum people with care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Her practice blends traditional wisdom with modern techniques, including prenatal yoga and belly binding, to create a safe, empowering, and transformative birth experience.

Imaninia was drawn to this work after a personal awakening—a moment of clarity that led her to explore something entirely new. What began as a journey of self-discovery quickly revealed her true calling: supporting others through their birthing journeys. She shows up for families with patience, empathy, and a calm, open-minded energy, always prioritizing the needs and desires of the birthing person and their baby.

Beyond doula work, Imaninia enjoys photography, collage art, and aerial yoga. These creative outlets help fill her cup and keep her grounded. Her goal is to help clients advocate for themselves while tuning into their own needs, ensuring they have the birth experience they desire and deserve.

I’m here to remind you that your birth journey is yours alone and it’s beautiful exactly as it is. My favorite part of this work is seeing parents realize just how capable and strong they are. Supporting families during this transition is a privilege because it’s a chance to celebrate love, courage, and new beginnings!
