Jadie Myhand, BSN, RN, IBCLC, is a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant serving families throughout the North Houston area. After spending more than 15 years caring for women and newborns in Labor & Delivery, she has developed a deep appreciation for how important compassionate support is during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her goal is to provide evidence-based care while making every family feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Jadie believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to infant feeding. She enjoys helping families navigate everything from breastfeeding and pumping to bottle feeding and combination feeding, always tailoring her recommendations to each family's unique goals. Known for her calm demeanor and practical teaching style, she focuses on giving parents the knowledge and confidence they need long after the visit is over.
For Jadie, this work is about more than feeding babies—it's about helping families discover what works best for them. She loves celebrating the small victories, helping parents work through challenges, and reminding them they don't have to figure it all out alone. When she's not working, Jadie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, navigating the teenage years, reading and enjoying a good Louisiana crawfish boil.
I love helping families find answers during a time that can feel overwhelming. Whether things are going exactly as planned or not, I'm here to help navigate it with confidence.
