Jasmine Williams is a certified Full-Spectrum Doula, Community Health Worker (CHW), and MEGI High-Risk Doula based in Illinois. As the founder of Doula Da Jazzy Way, she provides compassionate, culturally responsive support to individuals and families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and other reproductive health experiences. Jasmine is passionate about birth equity and believes every family deserves to feel informed, respected, and empowered. Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, she offers a holistic approach that combines education, advocacy, emotional support, and practical guidance.
As a mother of five, affectionately known as her "10 eyes," Jasmine understands firsthand the importance of having a trusted support person during life's most vulnerable moments. Her own experiences navigating high-risk pregnancies, traumatic births, and pregnancy loss inspired her commitment to helping others feel seen, heard, and cared for. Families often describe her as warm, relatable, and down-to-earth, bringing both compassion and real-life understanding to every interaction. Outside of her doula work, Jasmine enjoys singing, writing, community advocacy, and spending quality time with her husband and children, who continue to fuel her passion for serving families and strengthening communities.
This work is personal to me because I know what it feels like to need support, reassurance, and someone in your corner during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their choices.
