Jayme Richards

Jayme Richards has been in the childcare industry for 30 years. Starting out as a nanny, moving into house manager roles as needed, then a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula. She also has been recruiting for almost 10 years, and in 2023, opened her own nanny agency called The Nanny Collaborative. 

For as long as she can remember, a child on her hip has always been Jayme's favorite accessory. While others her age went to parties, Jayme was always babysitting for someone’s children. If there were children around, that’s where you’d find her.

Children are the most wonderful people. Jayme treats each child as if they were her own and goes above and beyond in all she does. Working with children is what makes up a huge part of who Jayme is. She’s also a baby gear enthusiast always willing to help with a registry and/or nursery. 

Jayme prides herself on her intuitive ability to understand people and their needs. She believes it is most important to meet a child where they are, not where we think they should be. Jayme will bring warmth, kindness and compassion for not just the children, but the entire familial unit. 

I believe that every parent should be able to have help in whatever capacity it’s needed. I strive to be the village and community for new parents and siblings. There is nothing in the world more important.
