Kathleen Cipicchio

Kathleen Cipicchio is a Labor and Delivery and Postpartum nurse since 2018, including three years as a travel nurse supporting families across the country. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping people feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their journey into parenthood.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Kathleen specializes in helping families navigate all aspects of breastfeeding — from the first latch to challenges such as pain, low supply, or pumping struggles. She approaches every feeding journey with evidence-based guidance, compassion, and a truly judgment-free attitude.

Education is a core part of Kathleen’s approach to care. She’s passionate about helping parents understand their baby’s feeding cues, set realistic goals, and feel informed every step of the way. Her ability to simplify complex information and provide calm, supportive teaching helps turn moments of uncertainty into confidence. She is committed to every family she works with and helping them achieve their personal goals!
