Katrina Mason

Katrina is a Full Spectrum Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Chicago, Illinois. She brings to her work a deep dedication to maternal wellness, holistic healing, and supporting families through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

A Maternal Wellness Provider since 2016, Katrina recently expanded her practice by training with Partum Embrace as a Full Spectrum Doula. She draws from her extensive background as a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist with prenatal certification, as well as additional training as a Certified Lactation Specialist and in perinatal anxiety and mood disorders. She also brings years of experience in somatic therapies, yoga and breathwork, hypnotherapy, and energy healing. This integrative foundation allows her to offer safe, comprehensive support for families navigating the emotional and physical transitions of pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

Her approach emphasizes continuity of support from fertility through early parenthood, somatic birth preparation, and postpartum recovery. She guides mothers and their partners in strengthening awareness of their bodies and needs, giving families practical tools to feel grounded and supported, and helping them feel more connected and prepared throughout pregnancy, labor, and the weeks after birth.

Families often describe Katrina as attentive, intuitive, knowledgeable, and uplifting. She is dedicated to ensuring that every family she serves feels supported, cared for, and empowered to move through birth and recovery with strength and ease.

Supporting families during the postpartum period is incredibly meaningful to me. I love helping new parents navigate recovery, newborn care, and the emotional transitions of early parenthood while giving them practical tools to feel grounded and confident. My goal is to create a space where families feel supported, empowered, and cared for as they adjust to life with a new baby.
