Morgan Mullins, MS, RDN, LDN is a prenatal and postpartum Registered Dietitian. Based in Illinois, Morgan works exclusively with pregnant and postpartum parents to reduce overwhelm and increase confidence when it comes to nourishing themselves during pregnancy and postpartum.
Having worked as a dietitian for nearly eight years prior to becoming pregnant herself, Morgan never expected nutrition to become one of the most stressful parts of motherhood. Her own experience with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an unplanned c-section, postpartum recovery, and exclusively breastfeeding ultimately changed the direction of her career and deepened her passion for supporting parents through this season of life. Today, Morgan helps birthing parents navigate challenges such as nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, food aversions, breastfeeding nutrition, postpartum recovery, and the realities of feeding themselves while caring for a newborn. Her approach is simple yet impactful. Realistic yet science-backed.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Miami University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Illinois, has completed advanced prenatal nutrition training through Early Life Nutrition Alliance, and has additional training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with training in prenatal yoga.
This season asks a lot of you. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. And somewhere in the middle of it all, eating well can start to feel out of reach. It’s not always simple. But it can feel a lot more manageable with the right support. Whether you show up to a call feeding your baby or simply exhausted from the demands of motherhood, come as you are!
