Nora Carroll

Nora Carroll is a Chicago based artist, educator, and full-spectrum doula committed to cultivating an environment for caregivers and parents to have a joyful birthing and postpartum experience. To support families, Nora integrates creativity, yoga, and breathwork as embodiment tools for grounding and connection. By weaving in creative processes like journaling, clients can gently process their experiences throughout fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.  

Nora holds an MFA from the University of San Diego and received her Full Spectrum Doula Certification from EMBRACE in 2026.This work matters to Nora because everyone deserves high-quality care that is holistic, empathetic, and equitable.

Nora’s passion stems from her desire to make the world a little bit better through caregiving, good meals, and creativity. When working with Nora, you can expect a balance of calm, joy, and curiosity. In her free time, Nora enjoys writing, seeing plays, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

My favorite part of this work is being a witness to the incredible strength and vulnerability of birthing people. At the end of the day, my goal is to support you mentally, physically, and spiritually by providing research-based resources, holistic remedies, and creative tools to process your journey.
