Quiana "Nikki" Noble is a dedicated full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and midwifery student who is passionate about supporting families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Her birth work journey has taken her from New Orleans to Atlanta and now to Dallas, Texas, where she continues to serve families with compassion, knowledge, and unwavering support.
In 2015, Quiana founded her own doula practice with the mission of providing families with personalized, evidence-based care. As a childbirth educator, she recognized that many low-income families were unable to access childbirth education due to financial barriers. To help bridge that gap, she created Rock the Baby, a free childbirth education class designed to ensure every family has the opportunity to prepare for birth with confidence.
Quiana's passion for maternal health is deeply personal. After experiencing the loss of someone close to her due to maternal mortality, she felt an even stronger calling to advocate for mothers and babies. That calling began at a young age when she dreamed of becoming an OB-GYN and has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to birth work and maternal health.
Her patience and dedication to supporting families of multiples come from personal experience. As both an identical twin and the proud mother of twins, Quiana understands the unique joys and challenges that come with multiple births. Families know her as someone who remains calm, cheerful, grounded, and dependable, especially during life's most unpredictable moments.
Outside of birth work, Quiana enjoys expressing her creativity through design. She creates apparel for birth workers, parents, and babies, along with personalized keepsakes that celebrate life's most meaningful moments. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and making lasting memories with her six grandchildren.
I believe every parent deserves the support of a doula and someone they can depend on. At the end of my day, my goal is to make sure the families I connect with feel supported in every way I can. I'm here to remind you that if you can Push through labor, you can Push through life. The real push comes after you receive your new bundle of joy, and I'm here to say YOU CAN DO THIS!
