Rebecca Spivack

As a dedicated Labor and Postpartum Doula based in Evanston, IL, Rebecca provides comprehensive, compassionate care designed to support families through the transformative journey into parenthood. 

She is a Sokana Collective Full-Spectrum Certified Doula. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies with a minor in Film from DePaul University. She earned both Culinary and Baking and Pastry Certificates from Kendall College. Her mission is to offer comfort, love, and steadfast support, helping new parents feel empowered, confident, and nurtured every step of the way. As a Labor and Postpartum Doula, she specializes in providing holistic care that empowers new families and helps them feel nurtured and confident.

She assists with the daily rhythms of new life, from guiding nighttime feeding routines to providing a steady, reassuring presence when it’s needed most.

What sets my practice apart is the integration of culinary arts. She also helps families with meal planning, preparing nourishing dishes, and ensuring the kitchen remains a calm, organized space.

Every family is unique. During your initial consultation, she creates a welcoming space to listen deeply to your desires, needs, and hopes. This understanding allows her to tailor your care with intention, compassion, and profound respect for what matters most to you. 

Her philosophy is centered on customization. You'll meet during an initial consultation to openly discuss your unique needs and desires. This allows her to provide tailored, intentional care that respects your preferences and goals. 

Outside of her practice, she is a proud mom to three children. She loves to travel, read, spend time with friends and family, and practice yoga. 

I believe every parent deserves love and support when welcoming a new baby into their home. I provide additional support, or sometimes the only support a parent(s) have. 

I am there to listen, provide guidance, and to be non-judgmental. I help with things that parents don't always know to ask for, but are appreciative of when I offer them. I aim to be a third helping hand, a teacher, and a guide.
