Rebecca Stiglitz is a postpartum doula providing both daytime and overnight support in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. She is a calming presence in your home and works to bring you the rest and recovery you deserve after your birth. Rebecca has her master's in education, is a former teacher and a mom of 3. She brings 15 years of teaching experience and 16 years of mom experience to your home. She knows a lot, but will also do research for you so you don't go down the Google rabbit hole.
Rebecca has a heart for service and when she left teaching, postpartum doula work was the perfect fit as she is able to serve families while they are in the midst of a big change in their family. Rebecca is companionate, caring, and calm. She will help you navigate the newborn period, siblings transition, and whatever else you need. Rebecca cooks dinner for her own family 5-6 nights a week and is happy to help you with your dinner prep. Her favorite meals are tacos (they are amazing, everyone says so) and simple stir-fry, but if you request it, Rebecca can probably do it.
When Rebecca is not working, you can find her driving her kids around to all of their activities, active in the high school music boosters, and involved in her church. When all of that is complete, there is probably a puzzle on her dining room table or a project on her sewing machine. Rebecca's biggest compliment from a former client is, "I don't know what I would have done without you. I wish I could gift all of my pregnant friends your services."
