Rochelle DeShay loves spending time with family, going camping, and riding horses. The care-free and profound wisdom that radiates from children is a joyous gift.
Rochelle has found deep joy in caring for children over the past four decades. After 20 years of working with children in various environments including daycare centers, family protective services, and supporting teen mothers, Rochelle realized a deep passion for supporting families in the earliest moments of life.
In 2021, Rochelle left the public work sector with the State of Texas in pursuit of new ways to give back to the community. Upon completing postpartum doula training, she began helping women in their homes.
Rochelle firmly believes that providing support to women, families, and babies during the first months postpartum allows for deeper bonding and essential healing. Strong families are built on strong foundations.
I believe every parent should feel heard, validated, supported,
This work is personal to me because it a calling not a job.
