Bio

From bedside to curbside, Tiffany Malcolm brings over two decades of experience in women’s health as a former Labor & Delivery RN turned full-spectrum Holistic Birth & Postpartum Doula, Montrice, and maternal health advocate. She has traded hospital hallways for sacred spaces—pulling up to your birthing place of preference, whether that’s home, birth center, or hospital—with the same clinical insight, intuitive care, and unwavering support.

Tiffany has witnessed firsthand the disparities in care, particularly for Black and Brown birthing people. She advocates for all birthing families, but unapologetically centers BIPOC clients—those who deserve to be heard, honored, and protected in every phase of their reproductive journey.

She offers personalized, trauma-informed in-home and virtual doula care, childbirth education, and monitrice monitoring (with licensed privileges in 42 states) that honors both evidence and intuition—from prenatal preparation to labor support to postpartum healing. Whether she’s guiding a family through labor, decoding early warning signs, or uplifting the sacredness of recovery, Tiffany brings a legacy of care rooted in equity, healing, and advocacy.

Her signature tools—like the CODE RED early warning course and MEWS advocacy framework—are designed to empower and educate families for safer outcomes and more empowered births.

As founder of Nurse Gert Doula Support, Tiffany holds space so you can hold life—bridging what she knows from inside the system with what you need outside of it.

Message to new parents

After years of supporting families as a birth assistant and Labor & Delivery RN, I realized my deepest fulfillment came from truly being present—with time to listen, support, and advocate. When the system limited how I could show up for people, I chose a path that didn’t. Becoming a doula called me back to the heart of birth work—where connection, trust, and sacred care come first. It is my hope to hold dedicated space for you and your partner.
