Victoria Pearson, known as Tori, is a birth and postpartum doula based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a full-spectrum doula, she specializes in supporting families as they transition throughout parenthood.
Tori completed the EMBRACE Full-Spectrum Doula training program in 2025. Although she is new to her role as a doula, she brings over a decade of experience as a nanny and caregiver. With a particular focus on children from zero to five years old. Tori also has a passion for working with older children and possesses experience caring for special needs and medically fragile children.
Her desire to pursue a career in this field stems from her lifelong commitment to helping others, especially newborns, children, and families.
Tori believes that every parent deserves respect and dignity, and she is committed to ensuring their voices are heard.. She acts as an advocate for families, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences and employing evidence-based birthing practices. Her special strength lies in her flexibility and willingness to assist with whatever families require, whether it’s supporting parents, caring for their baby, or helping with older siblings and pets. Tori approaches each situation with positivity and optimism, aiming to alleviate stress and bring a cheerful, energetic presence into any setting.
Outside of her doula work, Tori enjoys reading, solving puzzles, and cuddling with her pets.
